We also process your data for the purpose of direct marketing, if applicable. Should you not wish to receive advertising materials from us, you have the right to file an objection at all times. This privacy statement and the data protection information regarding our data processing in accordance with article (art.) 13, 14 and 21 GDPR can change from time to time. We shall publish all changes on this website. Right to withdraw your consent in accordance with art. 7 para. 3 GDPR: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at all times with future effect. Should you withdraw your consent, we shall delete the data concerned immediately, as long as we are not entitled to continue with the processing without your consent, in case there is a legal basis for this. Right of access in accordance with art. 15 GDPR: You are especially entitled to be provided with information regarding the personal data we process, the purposes of processing, the categories of the personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed, the existence of a right to rectification, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period, the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of your personal data, filing an objection to the processing of your data and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority should the problem not be resolved by us, and your right to notification of the safeguards that are adopted in accordance with art. 46 GDPR should your data be transmitted to a third country.

Right to rectification in accordance with art. 16 GDPR: You have the right to an immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data and/or completion of your data stored by us should they be incomplete.

Right to erasure in accordance with art. 17 GDPR: You have the right to demand erasure of your personal data subject to the existence of the requirements of art. 17 para. 1 GDPR. This right does not exist, however, should the processing be necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation, to exercise the right of freedom of expression, for reasons of public interest or for the defending, asserting and exercising of legal claims.

Right to restrict the processing in accordance with art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to demand a restriction of the processing of your personal data, as long as the correctness of the data disputed by you is checked, should you refuse an erasure of your data based on the unlawful processing of your data and instead demand the restriction of the processing, should you require your data for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims after we no longer require these data after the purpose has been achieved or in case you filed an objection on the grounds of your special situation, as long as it has not been ascertained whether our justified grounds are overriding.

Right to notification in accordance with art. 19 GDPR: Should you have asserted your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing towards us, we have an obligation to notify all recipients to whom the data concerned have been disclosed with a view to this rectification or erasure of the data or a restriction of their processing, unless this proves to be impossible or if this entails a disproportionate effort. We would be pleased to notify you as to who the recipients are.

Right to data portability in accordance with art. 20 GDPR: You have the right to receive the personal data you provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format or you can demand the data transmission to another competent body, as long as this is technically feasible for us. Right to lodge a complaint in accordance with art. 77 GDPR: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority should it be your opinion that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.

Data collection and processing when accessing the internet
When visiting our website, our webservers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following data are recorded and stored until they are automatically erased:

- date and time of access
- IP address of your computer
- website that the access was made from
- name of your internet provider
- name and URL of the retrieved file
- transferred data quantity
- message regarding whether the data retrieval was successful
- identification data of the browser and operating system that were used.

Processing these data is carried out with a view to facilitating the use of the website (establishing the connection) and in order to optimise the website, among others. The IP address will only be analysed should the network infrastructure be attacked or for other data protection reasons.

Collection, storage and data use
We only use your personal data for the stated or statutory permissible purposes and to the extent that is required in order to achieve this purpose. Personal data are deemed to be particulars regarding the personal or factual situations regarding a natural person. These include your name, your address, telephone or fax numbers and your email address, if this information can be personally matched to you directly or indirectly. We especially store and process your personal data for the following purposes:

Personal data are only transmitted to state institutions and authorities within the scope of legal provisions or should the transmission be necessary in case of attacks on our network infrastructure, in order to legally pursue our rights or for criminal prosecution purposes. A transmission to other bodies (third parties) is only carried out should this be legally permissible. Your data shall not be transmitted to third parties over and above the foregoing.

Contact form
If you send a request to us using the contact form, we store the data you disclose in the form, including the contact data you provide, so that the request can be processed and in case of follow-up questions. We do not transmit these data without your consent. The data you enter in the contact form are therefore exclusively processed on the basis of your consent (art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at all times. To this end, it is sufficient if you send us an informal notification email. The lawfulness of the data processing that has taken place until such time as you withdraw your consent remains unaffected by the withdrawal. The data you enter in the contact form are retained by us until you demand their erasure, until you withdraw your storage consent or if purpose for storing the data is no longer applicable (e.g. after your request has been conclusively processed). Compulsory legal provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Google Web Fonts
In order to ensure the uniform presentation of fonts, this website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (”Google“). When accessing a page, your browser uploads the required web fonts to your browser cache so that text and fonts can be displayed correctly. With a view to the above, a connection has to be established between your browser and the Google servers. Hereby Google comes to know that our website has been accessed from your IP address. Integration of services and third-party contents
Our offer also entails contents and services of other providers. This includes maps made available by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphic contents and images from other websites. The transmission of the IP address is mandatory, so that these data can be retrieved and presented in the browser of the user. The providers (hereafter referred to as a “third-party providers”) therefore notice the IP address of the corresponding user. Even if we do endeavour to only use third-party providers that only require the IP address for providing contents, we are unable to influence a possible storage of the IP address. This process serves statistical purposes, among others. We inform our users as soon as we come to know that the IP address is stored.

Security
We deploy appropriate organisational and technical security measures in order to protect your data from unlawful third-party access, intentional or accidental manipulation and loss while in our possession. The transmission of the website data is secured by SSL encryption, so that unauthorised third parties are unable to access personal data.
